My first brand photography shoot of the year for my new website Society Thirteen and I couldn’t be happier. Working with Sarah (birth geek) was just like having a cuppa with a friend, she was so welcoming and open to the experience and thoroughly enjoyed having her brand shoot.

So today I’m sharing with you some of the images I took of Sarah for her website and social media pages. Sarah has an amazing job as a birth doula and hypnobirthing teacher, her main focus is to create a positive birth experience for the new parents she works with empowering them to take control with all the knowledge and techniques they need.

For the shoot we started at Sarah’s lovely home, like her, it’s beautiful, calm, with pops of sunshine colour that she also uses throughout her branding. This is where she prepares and teaches her hypnobirthing course which is designed to make parents feel calm, confident and relaxed about their upcoming birth.

We also went and captured a few images in her local area of Southbourne, which is a fantastic place just by the sea. A self-confessed tree hugger we took a stroll through the local park and used the amazing new SOBO graffiti artwork as a backdrop for some of her headshots.

I absolutely loved the images I captured of Sarah and getting to know her better, this is a perk of the job, meeting fabulous women doing what they love.
